Pakenham Upper Community Hall and Church
In 1872, Gembrook South’s first settler, a Mr Matters donated half an acre of land on which a hall to be used as a church and meeting place was to be built. A young Joe Moyle, employed by Mr Matters at the time cleared and fenced the land and the building was erected by volunteers…
